unstable showerpoor soundproofing

I found the shower to be a bit temperamental. The water temperature fluctuated a lot. it was hard to get it just right, and i was constantly adjusting it. also, the soundproofing wasn't great. I could hear noises from other rooms, what disrupted my sleep a bit. the noise, unstable shower
